Hi Sir,
I have booked three tickets for Gandola ride Phase1 & three tickets for Gandola ride Phase2 online on[protected] for the ride date[protected]. Due to cancellation of the trip, I have cancelled the tickets online & send a mail for the refund at the mail ID [protected]@gmail.com as mentioned on the website on[protected], but neither they have replied for the mail nor they have refunded for the cancelled tickets. Phone no.[protected] provided on the website is not reachable. Please help me in getting my refund.
