I have cancelled my ticket way before ticket date around 5th April and ticket date is 11 APRIL. I have not received my refund amount after so many mails. Nobody picked the phones as well.

They acknowledged as well in once in email but still no refund....

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and want to visit Kashmir on 10th of this month. I have a strong desire to ride Gondola but can not buy purchase tickets through https://jkcablecar.payu.in/all by using international credit cards. I have tried several times with various cards but found the same message. The message is attached herewith. Is there any other ways to purchase the ticket?...

Refund of gondola ride due to bad weather

I had booked ticket for phase2 gondala ride E-Ticket for Kungdoor-Apharwat (Two Way Ticket) for 5 adults. date 22 april 2022, but due to bad weather the ride was cancelled. so i had mailed the j & k cable car for refund the amount, but still no reply from them. the contact number they have mention in there website is showing switched off. the mangement of j&k cable car corporation is very down.
