Jammu Kashmir Cable Car Corporation — Very poor experience

Website says "BOOKINGS WILL BE OPENED ON 15TH AND 30TH OF EVERY MONTH AT 6 PM FOR ALL FUTURE DATES"
I was logged in very early 5:30 am PST, could not get option of booking ride for April 30, 204. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I got the option to proceed further. In next page, I selected Foreigner and added visitors, to get to next page(payment page), I faced several times internal server error, bad gateway, "oops something went wrong". Finally on payment page, when I entered my US credit card, it said international card not allowed. Wondering how come this web site allowed to select foreigner if international card not allowed?
I had to ask my Indian relatives to use his card, when submitted the info, it showed transaction times out .
Then retried, it took me me add visitor's page, but clicking the page, it started showing your date is more April 20. I attempted several times to come to that site again and again but validation message of april 20 stayed there.
I was almost giving up, I tried last time, it gave me message up front that you can proceed if your date is more than april 19. But main page still says "BOOKINGS WILL BE OPENED ON 15TH AND 30TH OF EVERY MONTH AT 6 PM FOR ALL FUTURE DATES"
It is very confusing web site and poor user experience.
I hope Management will look into this and fix the issue.
