Website says "BOOKINGS WILL BE OPENED ON 15TH AND 30TH OF EVERY MONTH AT 6 PM FOR ALL FUTURE DATES"
I was logged in very early 5:30 am PST, could not get option of booking ride for April 30, 204. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I got the option to proceed further. In next page, I selected Foreigner and added visitors, to get to next page(payment page), I faced several times internal server error, bad gateway, "oops something went wrong". Finally on payment page, when I entered my US credit card, it said international card not allowed. Wondering how come this web site allowed to select foreigner if international card not allowed?
I had to ask my Indian relatives to use his card, when submitted the info, it showed transaction times out .
Then retried, it took me me add visitor's page, but clicking the page, it started showing your date is more April 20. I attempted several times to come to that site again and again but validation message of april 20 stayed there.
I was almost giving up, I tried last time, it gave me message up front that you can proceed if your date is more than april 19. But main page still says "BOOKINGS WILL BE OPENED ON 15TH AND 30TH OF EVERY MONTH AT 6 PM FOR ALL FUTURE DATES"
It is very confusing web site and poor user experience.
I hope Management will look into this and fix the issue.

    Sir,

    I have tried to book 04 tickets for Rs 3240/- at 6:08 pm on 22 Mar 2024. Amount of Rs 3240/- debited from my account vide UPI Reference No.[protected]. But I have not received any tickets. I made a call to customer care number [protected], they checked my details and informed me that "my transaction of booking tickets are not successful" and amount will be refunded in my account within 10 days. I have not received any refund from gulmarg gondala ticket office. Sir I am sharing office address and contact number. Please do needful

      Booked 5 tickets on 7th Mar 2024 my amount is deducted from bank but failed on website. Tried to call support number, no one answering call. sent email to their email ID and waiting for response.

        I booked Gondola phase2 tickets for 2 person for 23rd Jan'23, but it was closed that day and we are expecting the refund, which I haven't received yet.

          Hi, I made booking for gondola ride and it showed failed booking multiple times, and eventually, it was successful, but I just checked my bank account and realized that money was deducted twice for the same ride. I have shared a snapshot of the same amount that was deducted twice. Kindly check and refund. Thanks.

              I booked 6 gondola tickets for 2nd phase 0n 12th may. My booking was scheduled for 11th june. But due to some reasons i had to change my plans hence cancelled my tickets via mail to them. In return i got there mail stating that your refund will be initiated on 12 th june. But till date no refunds, i tried to mail them several times with no response. My transaction id is pyuol[protected] please guide me or help me in this matter

                This is to inform you that I had booked one set of tickets for 1st phase for 28.05.2022 from my credit card. Due to unavailability of 2nd phase, I had again booked tickets for 1st & 2nd phase for 29.05.2022.I had consumed the 29th`s ticket. I couldn't cancel the 28th ticket from online. After reaching Gulmarg I contacted the ground cable car office on 29th May 2022. The duty officer told me not to do anything, you will get the money back for your unused ticket. But still I have not gotten the refund.

                The behaviour of all your people is very good.so my expectation is also good.

                Therefore, I request you kindly refund the amount of my unused tickets as metaing your good reputation which I had felt there. Copy o[censored]nused ticket attached herewith.

                  I booked online cable car 8 tickets for Kungdoor to Apharwat for 27/04/22.
                  I want to cancel it as date was wrong.
                  I sent mail several times to [protected]@gmail.com as per instruction given in the website.

                    I booked 5 tickets online for cable car however payment status was success but ticket status was refunded. Money was debited from my bank account. Please let me know in how many days money will be refunded.

                      I have tried to book multiple tickets for JK Cable Car ride on 17th march and cash was debited from account but not yet refunded.
                      Any progress on your case . I am also facing similar issue
                      Booked 3 tickets on 6th apr and same issue. got success from bank but failed on website. Tried to call support number, no one answering call. sent email to their email ID and waiting for response.

                      This is really bad website management, why these issues are not being handled.
                      I too have same problem with me. Nobody responds to call or emails.
                      Please let me know if anybody gets answer from them.
                      I got email today from PayU that "refund received from J K STATE CABLE CAR CORPORATION LTD back in your account."
                      Yet to credit to account..but i guess it should be fine now.

                      Can you please post the mail id here.
                      Called credit card bank to initiate refund, now I received refund. Got automated email.
                      Also, I have booked tickets now.
                      @Sadhya - when did you book tickets..call your bank. May be, PayU will automatically return refund.
