Javshop.in — I not get my order up to now

I ordered jjrc h43wh drone from javshop.in
on 9 may .i waited upto 30 may then also product not deliverd .i tried to contact then
but the site is not responding .my order no.29393 . I transfer money from phone
pe their phone pe account was rezopay.
And they are telling rheir address in chattishgarh and somewere in andra pradesh. Please can anybody help to make my refund
