Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad [Jntuh] — I am having issue in login to online student services portal

I was registered to online student services portal but i didn't received any password to either mail or text message how can i login sir . I have been trying to contact you but always its saying busy and switched off everyday .

when i clicked on forgot password and trying to reset the password it was showin the below tab which i mentioned in attachment.

I in urjent need of my transcripts but facing issue in login to portal .

could you please ressolve my problem as soon as possible
