Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad [Jntuh] — I'm complaining about the fee reimbursement as college management is not giving our certificates

Sir, I'm a 2020 passes out graduate student. My certificates are stuck in my college as the government is not yet given the fee reimbursement. Also I've an another issue that my name in my certificate is wrong so I complained in my college and they are telling they have sent a request to change. But it wasn't done yet. I've been complaining since 2 years but the name is not corrected. What should I do sir.
