Begusarai saloon jawed habib charges extra if you dont ask the rate prior. I went for a haircut after haircut they said rs 800. But in thw rate chary there was also. Rate of 400 and 600. When i resisted they charge me rs 600 and for the same haircut i paid rs 400last time. Same thing happened with a neighbour. So plz ask. For the prior rate chart otherwise they will.
