Jawed Habib Hair And Beauty Salon — Fraudulent promises to sell membership cards (or) denying consumer rights on discounts

I have taken a membership card of Jawed saloon (Bangalore branch, not very sure about location specifically, but its around Bannerghatta) after inquiring about its usability throughout India. The saloon people promised that it can be used anywhere to claim discounts. However, today (5/12/22), Jawed Habib saloon (Vizianagaram, Ringroad branch) denied that it cannot be used anywhere else apart from the issued saloon. They haven't allowed me to claim discount on my spend. This even goes against what is written on the back side of the card (Please find the attached pictures of the card). Either way, one branch or the other is lying. It could go as issuing cards on fraudulent promises or denying the customer his rights. I would like an official assurance I can show at any Jawed saloon to confirm credibility of the card or my rightful discount at Vizianagaram branch.
