I took global hair color highlights from the salon situated at Saviour GreenArch Greater noida shopping complex. But the highlights are not done properly, neither justifying the work as it was promised before starting, with the given amount of money 3500 they demanded, they referred me one pic before coloring but after the color process done, my hair are not looking like the same as they showed in the pic and neither like that it was promised, the hair stylist guy Mr. Vishal picked very very small amount of hair to highlight. But the highlights are not done properly, neither justifying the highlights as it was promised before startinb, with the given amount of money 3500 they demanded, they referred me one pic before coloring but after the color process, my hair are not looking like the same as they showed in the pic, the hair stylist guy Mr. Vishal picked very very small amount of hair to highlight. I went again to talk but not fruitful. As the hair stylist and owner Mr. Sameer started arguementing and later started fighting but not listening to the customer, which was not acceptable. Kindly help if possible as their behaiour towards customer is not acceptable. I have attached pic for the reference. You can see smoothening is also not proper/clear which was done 4 days before this color.
Total charges I have paid 9000 Rs in cash for smoothening and color only.
Kindly help if possible as they have made me fool. I went again to talk but not fruitful.
