I visited Jawed Habib Begur Koppa road branch for route touch up. I had the worst experience ever. The guy suggested me to go for global hair colour dark brown as root touch up will not cover full white hair and my hair was straight and slight red effect. post colour application my hair became full rough and he applied black colour rather then dark brown. And I felt I have spent 5000 bucks to look bad and even I went to that outlet and complaint but no call and it was totally not worth it the staff name is Chandan. Please never force someone again to spent money to look bad just because you have to maintain a target.
