I went for Keratin Treatment at Jawed Habib Bangalore Nallurhali branch and had a horrible experience in terms of service, outcome and solution, all three. In just one week after my keratin treatment I could see my hair becoming wavy just as it was before. There is absolutely no difference between how my hair used to be and how it is after keratin treatment.
I was assured that floraactive product will give "100%" straight look - while I understand that it might have been a stretch, i still did not expect this look - my hair looks exactly like how it used to earlier - if anything, worse - after SUCH an expensive and extravagantly high price of service. It just looks like I got some hair spa done. Even when they did keratin treatment, the hair strands were not straight and I asked them to correct it. Only some strands were taken and heated over and over again (without the product also they heated my hair which is extremely not good - the stylist said we should do it so that whatever product is there will get absorbed. I don't understand how washed off product will get absorbed).
I read some previous reviews about keratin and looks like more people were Dissatisfied with first sitting. Either they do not apply the product properly or the ironing is not done with minute strands. The stylist was multi-tasking and handling other clients as well while doing my hair treatment which clearly goes to show unprofessionalism.
My only question to this salon is, if you think this is how hair should look after keratin and only frizz free is what you can offer, then please advertise this on all your social media handles and say proudly that this is the outcome of keratin treatment at your branch. Either I want a fix to this absolutely shabby task that's done with proper product application and careful ironing or I want my refund. Not only this, we had taken it as a package deal - me and my mom. They took higher proportion of payment from me and later "denied" service to my mother.
