"PATHETIC" response from the outlet... I have been visiting regularly for hair cuts and beard trimming and everytime I have experienced unsatisfactory response with different reasons...
1) Most of the employees change regularly... Due to this the style changes and u become speachless
2) They say to book appointment for timely hair cut but as per my experience, I have not got the service done anytime at the said time...
Today I had booked the appointment by 12.00 PM for 5.45P.M... I confirmed them again by 5.00P.M that I would reach by 5.45P.M... They confidently accepted...
I reached at the same time and still waiting since almost an hour for the service to be done. i was informed that it will take 10Min amd its been an hour and still no response.I dont know how this comment would be shown to public interest but if at all its true, I am still waiting for their response personally at the outlet, " IF" they read this comments of mine.
When I waited for 1hr and 15min, I got a reply saying that the employee named Afzal was sent on emergency by the owner of the franchise and so somebody elese would take up the service... I was shoked to hear this in an unprofessional way from the reception counter...
My question is, if I had to take the service from any other employee then why was it not inform me on time and why was my 1 hour wasted...?
Why is this outlet not treating the customers in a professional way...?
At this competitive world, there are lot of options around and if they can't keep the customers happy they should not be given business...
Being a brand called JAVED HABIB, it's not acceptable at all...
I need an apology for the tym wasted behind all this...
