Jawed Habib Hair And Beauty Salon — Scalp burnt during Hair smoothening. Please take serious action against them

I went in for hair smoothening at the Himmayathnagar branch above McDonald's.
First I was promised that it would be done in 3-4 hours took about 6 hours and made me miss my office cab and almost made my lose my job no respect for a person's time.
Second burnt my hair and scalp from multiple places. My hair was healthy and virgin but they have damaged it to the core I thought it was a good salon and that is why I went but to recieve this kind of service seriously very disappointing and upsetting.

Please make them return my money and take a serious action against them for wasting my time and money and almost making me lose my job.
