I amit tatia, resdient of jodhpur (Rajasthan), want to launch compalint against owner of jay surya overseas, his residential and office details mentioned below: Mr. Sandeep bhasin House number: 90 Road no. / block no.: c Society name: 2nd floor Locallity: shivaji park Phone (R): 25222474 Mobile no.: [protected] Profession: tours & travels Name of organisation: jay surya overseas Address (O): karol bagh new delhi-110005 Phone (O): 45734573 Mobile: +91 [protected] E-mail:[protected]@yahoo.com Office address: 3381, 3rd flr, chrition clny, d b gupta rd, karol bagh, delhi - 110005 Office tel:[protected] I had given my passport to jay surya overseas for getting one year visa for china and 2 years visa for singapore, Company had claimed that they will get these visa's for 21500 rs 1. China visa - 18500 rs 2. Singapore visa - 3000 rs. I had made the payment accordingly but company could got china visa for just 3 month for which they had charged me 9000 rs and they got 2 years visa for singapore. Now company had to refund me 9500 rs which they are not refunding from last 2 month, i tried calling mr. Sandeep on his mobile & office but no response from him for refund of excess money. I request you to take necessary action and launch complain against this company as they had cheated me and now not lifting my phone and not replying my email. This is to inform you from last few days someone is trying to erase the complaint which I have posted on https://www.consumercomplaints.in dated 13th April 2014. Please make sure about privacy policy and that my data shouldn't get hacked / erased. Kindly check the attached file as hackers are trying to steal data from your esteemed website, which is considered to be an illegal act and necessary action to be taken from your end.
