Jayabheri Group — Vehicle Services in Narsipatnam Centre not satisfied due to non availability of consumables

Sir,
I have given my vehicle No.AP39AC9970 (Dzire VDI) for servicing purpose at Narsipatnam Branch. The Service Manager has said to me as "gear box bearings and clutch plates are damaged" on[protected]. And also the materials was not available in Service Centre, Narsipatnam, Anakapalle and Visakhapatnam. My vehicle is stagnated at show room due to non availability of the small consumables. Non availability my vehicle I have facing so many troubles in rainy season. Hence kindly arrange to repair my vehicle at an early date please.
