We had booked a flat in a pre launch project by jaycee homes in mumbai in 2012 but when the project didn't kick of[censored]ntil 2015, we decided to withdraw. They tried hard to convince us to hold on to the booking but after much persual the official cancellation happened in jan 2016 with all the payments to be done by jan 2017. However, the cheques due in nov '16 were dishonoured and a fresh set of cheques were issued out of which again 2 cheques have been dishonoured. Was this information helpful? |
