I have booked a Flat at JAYCEE Home during November 2012. The construction of the building is supposed to start from June 2013. Now 3 years have passed. There is no construction activity.

We tried to reach them but they didn't responded and we don't have hope of getting our money back but still trying as only the person who earns know the value of it as how it has saved.

I have booked flat in Savannah Kanjurmarg but they are neither talking nor refunding the amount as stated in the contract. Atleast refund the amount which I paid. I had no idea they are such a fraud. Since 2016 we are waiting and then later came to know that they are frauds.

I would like to request that plase refund my amount, I took loan for that and now I am left with nothing. PLease refund the amount which I have paid.

We have booked a flat in the year 2014, after waiting for 2 years we got to know the land is disputed and the project of jaycee homes, bhagtani riyo will. Not be completed. We were been told to wait more 6 months and if not then we can shift to another project of jaycee homes. We had paid 650000 inr, that is our hard earned money.. Amd later nothing happened so we demanded a refund as the builder is unable to deliver what he promised. We made cancellation deed in 2017 and were promised as per deed, that the amount will be paid back via rtgs after 2 yrs. We were suppose to receive the money in 2019 aug.. But till date nothing has been received.

I booked the flat in bhagtani riyo in 2013. I have given my hard earned money of around 11 lakh to bhagtani builder as 30% of downpayment. But even after 6 years of booking nothing happened. It was agreed that if they do not obtain the requisite clearances for the land title and/ or intimation of the disapproval from the period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date hereof, plus a grace period of 6 months, then in such event, then they will refund the amount till paid by me together with interest thereon calculated at the rate pf 15% p. A. From the date of payment.

I requested the cancellation and asked for refund but builder is not responding. This builder is a big fraud and doing pre-launches everywhere and enjoying with public money. People are also fool who get trapped by looking at their past history.

Hi i have booked a flat in savannah kanjurmarg east pre-launched project by jaycee homes headed by bhagtanis and paid 30% of the flat value as token amount in december 2014 but no development whatsoever is done.
Builder bhagtani is in jail or may be out on bail. But no sign of returning my hard earn money. Neither not able to contact.
Many of other buyers are also cheated in this project.

I am a victim of jaycee homes. I invested in savannah project of jaycee homes in kanjurmarg east location 4-5 yrs back. The project got ruined. Builders n developers misleaded us. Please take action as soon as possible. At least start the project or give our money back. Nothing has started till now. Nothing has been informed to us what will happen. We are just hoping for our money or for our homes. Kindly take decision as soon as possible 🙏 we want justice.

I have invested in this jaycee homes project for 1 bhk rs.1284298 + service charge amt. Rs.4500 on dt. 9.2.2016 through cheque payment. Last year i have visited in kanjur east but their watchmen told that builder is going on loss project so. Your money will not refundable. Please help me. I am handicapped nobody help me. I dont have any proof without this bank statement.

Please help us to get back the money invested in the project as it was a clear cheating by the jaycee homes owned by dipesh bhaghthani and his family. The high court, maharashtra government and eow of maharashtra state police are not helping the victims who were cheated openly by the builders. We are not getting justice from judiciary, state government and police. Where we have to go for our hard earned money??? Dipesh bhaghthani is trying to get bail. We strongly opposes the bail. Give him maximum punishment and refund our money.

I have paid 17 lacs to m. D. Devcon in 2015 and received allotment letter from rohan sales executive (Jaycee homes). They promised that possession of the flat will be given in 2019 but company cheated we all home buyers and surrendered himself in court leaving us high and dry. Please help us get our money back or home. Punish the culprit and give innocents justice. Allotment letter and payment details of hdfc bank details are ready. If needed will be produced.

Hi i have invested jaycee homes project named bhagtani riyo ii in the year 2013. After so many followup i have somehow managed to surrender the flat and they refunded me all pdc chqs. I have accepted as i had no other options and till that time i kept my faith on them. But when the very first cheque got due it was dishonoured. I have informed them and they again provide me a fresh set of cheques. I have accepted that too. But again it got bounced. They gave me 8 pdc cheques and all got bounced. Please somebody help me to get my whole life savings bring back. Please

I invested 50% of the flat amount in bhaktani rio phase 2 in 2013. The bhaktani staff kept saying that the project will start which did not. Last year in november 2017 i asked for the refund to which they gave me a post dated cheque 2021 after which i was out station for 8 months for my job now when i returned i went to the bhaktani office in santacruz and got to know that the office is shut. I am totally shocked because i have mortgaged my present house to pay the 50% and now i do know whom to approach for help and where to go.
Please if any one can help me and guide me on what to do where to go for the money.

After builder mr. Bhagtani had gone to jail in december 2017 after several complaints from investor, there was an affidavit from him mentioning company was suppose to return money back to all the investor within 6 months but still there is no update.

I have booked a 1bhk (Woods - 302) and paid 17 lacs to get allotment letter in mar’3015. After 3 years due to non compliance of builders promise i wish to get back my money with interest and want to file a complaint against jaycee homes for fraud causing mental distress duping me of my hard earned money. I have allotment letter from jaycee homes for the said flat (Woods - 302).

We had booked 5 units in bhagtani riyo phase 2 in 2013 under prelaunch scheme... Possession was mentioned in allotment letter as 2018... We have made payments of approx 50 lacs being 30 % of each unit... As yet the construction have not started... And we hv recvd letters of cancellation of project and been on told to wait for payments... They are not returning payments.. And further we are told to wait for 3 tears to hv payments... Transfer is on also given on projects.. Which s also not started.. So it s like stuck again without any solution to our hard earned money

I had invested in bhagtani rio 2 project in sep 2013 by paying 50% of the project cost. After waiting almost 4 years, we received a letter in the month of july - august 2017, that the project is getting cancelled and we should go for either refund or transfer our money to some other channel partner project. We opted for refund but they informed that refund will happen after 3 years, hence we had
To reinvest in shubh atika which is jaycee homes channel partner project.

Now our money is completely stuck up with the builder. Kindly suggest any forum where we can lodge complaint and fight for our money.

Have booked 2 flats in bhagtani serenity powai project in wing c, flat # 2601 and 2601 of carpet area 454 each in 5/07/2014.
Have made 20% down payment,
In spite of repeated inquiry on the status of the project no response from the builder, and request for refund was also not responded.
Every time request for a refund was made, would respond that the work will start in next 6 months.
Till date no work has started...

I also invested in savannah kanjurmarg and looking for a forum where i can fight for my rights. Builders take me for granted.
Bhagtani is just trying to avoid the customers.

I had booked flat in sep 2015 in savanna and thought i will shift from mira bhayander to kanjurmarg.

But its more than 30 months project is not started and also they are not registered under rera. Office has collected my all original and given me repayment schedule after 24 months...

I have been paying rent on ranted home. I have invested 50% of the flat cost. I am in big trouble.

I would like to make you aware of the problem tht i am facing from past couple of months.
Sir, my parents had invested an amount of rs.18lakhs in one of the projects named as savannah developed by jaycee homes (Mumbai).

While investing we were informed that we need to invest 30% of the total value of the flat and it would be in lock-in period for 24months and the construction would get started within 24months as mentioned by the builder.
If the builder fails to do so we were informed that we can withdraw our money after the lock-in period gets over with 15% annual interest per annum.
We are homeless because of which we invested.
May 2017 the lock-in period was over after which we visited the developer many a times.
They say that they would return this money after 36months.
This was allotted on the name of my mother anita dilip gupta.
She herself is a cancer patient & my sister too is a cancer patient due to which i need the money to cure them.
They are physically handicaped.
Unfortunately i mentioned these things to the builder, on humanity grounds i requested them to return my money but they are refusing to do so.
They haven't received iod nor the conveyance as the said plot is a dumping ground.

They have threatened us to wait for 36 months from now for refund or would start appying penalty of 21% per annum.

Sir we had invested this amount to have an apartment as we are homeless.
My economic conditions have worsen because of which we need the money and my priority is to cure my mother & sister.

For the very 1st time we invested in such project but didn't know that we would be cheated.

They said that they are not bothered for any of our concerns.

I strongly believe on my government and as we have voted to be a part of change.

I am forwarding you all the relevent documents you can surely have a check & can analyse the things throughly.

All payments made are through the banking process and are genuine enough.
Sir i dont have money to file a case as we have our own debts to be cleared...

I have booked 2 flats in bhagtani serenity in 2017 july, that time we were told that project will start in next 6 months but so far nothing has happened, though they are saying that cc has been received and also they registered this project partly with rera also but there is no certainity about the project after seeing his track record.
He has sent letter in aug 2017, that project will be delayed and if we want then he will refund the money after 18 months which is disgusting.
I am planning to complaint in rera to recover my money.

I was sent a letter in july 2017 stating that the project cant be completed and called for an appointment at office. An appointment was fixed on[protected] and when we approached the office there were 2 other investors who were given cheques by jaycee homes which got bounced. They told us that they will do the same with us and the will give cheque. We were made tp sit for more then an hour and finally 1 executivr came and told us about the...

I have booked the flat in maple. My dream that won't come true.

I tried to meet the concerned person but they never allowed any person saying ppl are out on site and can't meet without appointment.

Later after 2 yrs, i got the letter saying the project is not getting permission/ clearance for making the building. So i had to take an appointment to meet the concerned person.

Mr. Utkarsh gandhi the concerned person told if i need my money back i can get it only after 24 months from now on. If i wish to transfer to some other projects then he has only 2 options. (Kandivali and mira road)

Gourav excellancy is a option for mira road, where u have a very bad ratings and basic amenities like water supply and lift facility is also not there.

Kandivali project u have nothing there and ur money will go for 2yrs lock in.in fact this is not an option at all.

I'm still in rented house, my dream shattered of entering a new own home. I have nothing other than the agreement. Pls give me back my money. I will buy a new home anywhere far from mumbai.

1) project not canceled but delay by indefinite time
2) shift to other project that is in mira road or kandilavi (Far away from station & slum redevelopment project)
3) cancelled and get money with in 30 months.

Also say builder not have money also not giving any replacement in pawai project, which is started...

I had booked a flat in a pre launch project by jaycee homes in mumbai in 2012 but when the project didn't kick of[censored]ntil 2015, we decided to withdraw. They tried hard to convince us to hold on to the booking but after much persual the official cancellation happened in jan 2016 with all the payments to be done by jan 2017. However, the cheques due in nov '16 were dishonoured and a fresh set of cheques were issued out of which again 3 times cheques have been dishonoured

We booked flat in JayCee Savannah project. Now lock in period is over. Savannah is getting delayed due IoD issue. When approached for cancellation, they are harrassing for payout of our hardearned money. They hav given below options
1) bookig transfer to non JayCee project which is disgust.
2) wait for 18 months without interest plus 26 weeks as per agreement
3) wait for 24 months with interest plus 26 weeks as per agreement
Totally shattered and helpless to recover our own money.
