Recently I have taken admission in Jb knowledge park, mdu affiliated college. My course is Btech computer science. I have submitted a total amount of ₹52, 750/- including ₹10, 000/- registration amount and ₹42, 750/- as first semester fees. But now when i approached them for admission cancellation and refund, due to such issues. They refused to give me refund of a single penny. Where as according to UGC there is a rule that HEI's should give a refund of full amount if the admission is cancelled before 30 September 2023. But they are refusing to do so. They don't even talking properly. They are faking their promises and when you make them remind they will talk to you rudely. Please help me to get my refund. Was this information helpful? |
