Issue related to denial of fees refund by institute
Recently I have taken admission in Jb knowledge park, mdu affiliated college. My course is Btech computer science. I have submitted a total amount of ₹52, 750/- including ₹10, 000/- registration amount and ₹42, 750/- as first semester fees. But now when i approached them for admission cancellation and refund, due to such issues. They refused to give me refund of a single penny. Where as according to UGC there is a rule that HEI's should give a refund of full amount if the admission is cancelled before 30 September 2023. But they are refusing to do so. They don't even talking properly. They are faking their promises and when you make them remind they will talk to you rudely. Please help me to get my refund.

I am ritik . I want to take admission in jb knowledge park. Then I contacted with councillor he told me submit al details and send fees very fastly. I send it money 10000 as per his request then after onwards at some reason I don't want to take admission in this college.i told him to refund my money i doesn't want to take admission.he refused me to send my money by saying this is not refundable previous he told me this money will refund incase if you don't want to take admission.at now he refused and administrative also .registration fees is not
Refundable is 2000 . But 8000 money is refundable . Please give money refund. Councillor name is Laksya .

My self harsh I want to take admission in jb knowledge park. Then I contacted with councillor he told me submit al details and send fees very fastly. That brings two children for admission then I will refund and adjust your money in this . This kind of rudely and destructive manner how this happened
When someone wants to take admission or not .In view of the above you are requested to get the issue resolved. My family drawing very small amount as a salary. I may request your kind honour to get my fees refunded at the earliest as soon as possible 3000 is not so small money please resolve it.

I am writing this letter to you because I would like to make an official complaint. My name is Himanshu. I was studying in jb knowledge park in b.tech ECE. I took admission on 25 sep 2021, on 18 Oct I submit a admission cancellation application because I am getting better college from ipu near my home. After I submit my addmission cancellation application I start asking for refund. I have submitted 50, 000 rupees to college but after 10 day they only agreed to refund my 50% of total fees They are deducting 25, 000 rupee of maine which is a huge amount for me. Which is not suitable as per UGC guidelines and MDU guidelines. And they are not even showing me any written refunding policy of there college.
In view of the above you are requested to get the issue resolved. My family drawing very small amount as a salary. I may request your kind honour to get my fees refunded at the earliest.

college not transparent about admission policies

Hi all,
My only advise is to not to consider this college for admissions as the management and staff is very unprofessional which in turn reflects the same attitude about studies and further faculty recruitment. We were contacted by one of the college staff ms. Neha to support in admissions on revenue basis model. She did not clarify the terms at all we kept on asking the clarity over email. After successfully referring first students they cleared the initial payment however that was again given by paytm instead of an account transfer. As a goodwill more students were referred and the students applied lately she has denied any communication from our end although all details were shared.
I am feeling very embarrassed for referring students to such an institute which has no transparency my recommendation please double check before taking admission in a mismanaged institute

I have applied for admission of my son Vikas Sharma for B Tech in above named Institute on 16th Jun 2013 but due to some unavoidable reason I have withdrawn my application. As per Instruction given in brochure of institute I have cancelled the registration and requested the institute to refund my registration fee i.e. Rs-10000.00 paid online 16 Jun 2013 vide transaction No P13#ID1606#MER294482 Dt 16 Jun 2013 but the rep of company denied to refund the same stating that it is as per company rule.
In view of the above you are requested to get the issue resolved with companny as i am government employee working with army and drawing very small amount as a salary. it is a very big amount for me. I may request your kind honor to get my fees refunded at the earliest.

The Park — Cancellation Request with Refund
My fiancée and I had decided to spend the New Years eve at Agni. She had booked the passes on the 22nd of December 2007.Unfortunately I will be traveling and will not be in Delhi for the New Years eve. I have requested Mr. Arindum Bose to accept our cancellation request and refund the amount as a credit note or a voucher that we could use at the Park at some point of time in the future. We should look at a win-win situation for both o[censored]s. I am not requesting for a refund in cash but in the form of a voucher.
Mr. Arindum Bose (at the facilities) told me that they do not accept cancellations and that noting can be done about. I am upset because:
1. I thought that we were dealing with The Park and not an ordinary brand. We associated The Park to be fair, open and customer friendly.
2. The Park has been my hotel of choice and have stayed at The Park during my business visits. This incident has hurt me and my feelings for the brand.
3. When we had booked the pass we were not told/informed of any cancellation policy. Neither is any policy stated on the pass. I believe that The Park is a professionally run organization with trained staff to run and event. I am sure you'll would have faced such a situation in the past and at least made corrective action by stating the cancellation policy. Please be fair and open.
I tried to reach you but I got a response saying that you were not in Delhi and were traveling. I hope you would respond positively to my request.
Jb knowledge park has taken a registration charges of RS 10000 which was supposed to be refundable but are deniying to do so . They are chearing with us .
