My washing machine was taken to your shop for repair as the heater was not working. They charged me 7500/- The problem is not resolved. Still does not dry clothes. Tried calling your Manager Mr. Ramesh, no response after he asked me to send the invoice i paid as advance of Rs. 1000/-. Tried calling no response.
