I had purchase 3DX_CEV-IV/1.1/0.26/2WD/HD/LL/2YRS PT WR Machine in dated 13 April 2023 Invoice No: 23240014 as on date my machine reading 1629.35 Hrs .My machine from 08 sept 2024 to as on date breakdown .we have calling to Ratnaprabha Motors at beed but engineer said to pipe (part no 320/A7215 price -1380 Rs) linkage problem. We having purchasing new pipe but problem not solve .next days engineer said that Bosch pump linkage problem. Our question to JCB india Ltd "If my machine has 1629.35 hours then why pump leakage" this your manufacturing problem .we have not paying Approx. 80 k for Bosch pump .as per Video attached .Kindly request solve this problem ASAP
