Manufacturing diffect

We had made booking of JCB 3DX extra varient on a written mutual agreement with fixed price on dated 01/12/2020 at Leo dealer situated at Baderpur boarder. Bank had also been issued demand order DO at same date.
But dealer had sales that machine in revised price other customers.

We are still waiting for machine in same price. But dealer has denied on it.

Please help us to get machine as we are loosing lot of business due to this delay in delivery.

We have ordered for a 4DX JCB through one of your dealers in Jamshedpur but we are very sorry to inform you that it us being more than a month from the date when the invoice is generated . We have already handed over the DD on dt.. 24.07.2018 but the machine is yet not been dispatched form Ballabgarh, Haryana. It is very disappointing response from your dealer in Jamshedpur as they are not providing any kind of detail and not picking our calls .

You are requested to see the matter as its already too late.

I r s dhadiwal had launched a comp[laint for repair of leakage in control valve of pocklain 140 ratnapprabbha motors aurngabad (Cidco)
. As they had suggested the payment was done in advance for the work. But today after repair s they are unable to stop the leakage and are saying will have to change some other pipe which may be costing around 15000. But even after chnaging the pipe they are not ready to take the guarntee to stop the leakage.in all above case our machine hours are getting hammepered for last four days.
Also teh machine is 100% company serviced ffrom the time it has been brought.

I have ordered jcb 3dx on 10th jan of 2018. And krishna automobiles shimla give expected time of 3 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks they said for another week and this process is happening since then to till date. Even the seniors at krishna automobiles also commiting false reports on daily basis. Even i said for my order cancellation. But they refused this by saying that is isnt possible. They are providing very bad service and making fool of every customer by making false commitments to complete their targets. Plz help as soon as possible. And please take serious action against them.

We m/s m n rishi infra purchased a jcb loader backhoe no. – 2520053 from “alliance kanpur” on dated 16/10/2017 and serviced as per jcb’s t&c.
The machine was stopped working on dated 04/09/2017, approached to alliance kanpur immediately, service engineer reached, inspected the machine and informed us that engine is not working and engine overhauling is required.
By the next day self were visited your workshop, engine was dismantled and found that engine has been seized due to failure of engine oil related parts.

After that they send the engine to lath for some cosmetic repairs and again engine fitted to machine on dated 12/09/2017 and 5th service done on same day.

We are feeling that product supplied to us was defective, major breakdown after 2000 hrs working.

Now let me clarify the followings-

1) life of engine – the machine is still in unlimited warranty (Up to one year) as per your t&c, then why such cosmetic repairs done? The engine may not be perform as company fitted, if yes then can you take warranty.
2) charges in warranty period - you have charged for the lath work, unloading & loading of engine (Hydra crane), recommended early service at 100 hrs after repair (Usually 500 hrs in normal condition) @ rs. 20, 000/- will cost to us. Whether these charges are not covered in warranty? If no, please let me know the t&c of warranty.

Finally we are not satisfied with the product and the quality of services.

JCB Suyaan is very worst in service for repair n maintainance...I have purchase 50800 material for JCB Back Hoe Lodar on date 23/11/2016. He tell me Material send by courier on same day but he has not fulfill commitment n not response about my courier... I have contact in Suyaan from last 3 days but not response from Suyaan.. so plz change dealer..

SIR THERE IS A PROBLEM IN TONDOM ROLLER OF DIESEL PIPE & OIL SEAL OF FRONT WHEEL DRUM AND YANTRAMAN PERSON ARE NOT COMING FOR SERVICE WE HAVE TALKED MANY TIME TO MR SAMIR BHAI WHOSE MO NO : [protected].
AND IN SOIL COMPACT ROLLER DIESEL PIPE AND RUBBER PARTS AND BONUT JACK PROBLEM . SAMIR BHAI IS TELLING THAT THERE IS NO PARTS OF THIS MACHINERY THEY ARE OF OLD MODEL PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
KINDLY REQUESTING YOU THAT MACHINERY SERVICE CAN BE DONE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
