JD Pay — Payment not received by merchant when paid through JDpay

I ordered a pair of skating shoes on 22.03.2021 sunday night through JD pay by credit card but merchant didn't receive the money yet but the amount has been deducted from credit card and confirmed by bank.
and there is no response from the JD pay
we are not able to contact them and there is no way to get our money back.
we want our money to be reach us or else to the merchant
