I took package for website making and promotion name from jd omni (just dial ltd). And they assured me that they will provide this services in 7 to 15 days, i signed this contract in 30 jan 2022, and package payment RS 17770 by online payment and amount Made on 1st feb, 2022, but they not even responded till today, so i makes lot of calls and emails on there customer care number and email id regarding this matter, but i not received positive response, So please help me sir. I am sending mails i sent are as follows :
1) as per telephonic discussion about jd omni contract, that you will provide website in first week of feb 2022, but you did not complete it in time and because of some other reasons (Bad services provide by you, i am waiting call from 2nd feb 2022 regarding jd omni training & 28 feb 2022 from your office took appointment for that and he said we will call you at 11: 00 am, but i waited long near about 1:30 pm, for said time then i make call on your customer care no. But no one is available on this department and then i call mr. mahmood ayaj your employee situated in kota rajasthan, i told him nobody makes me call regarding jd omni than he also tried to contact relating department but same result, than i call him but he did not my call answer. so regretfully i am not interested in jd omni any more, therefore i requests you to please refund my money relating to this contract (Jd omni).
2) as per telephonic discussion and mentioned 2 send mails details about jd omni contract, but no response get from your end, as per you promised at the time of signing contract that you will provide website in first week of feb 2022, but you did not complete it in time and because of some other reasons (Bad services provide by you, my appointment was fixed but i not received any call from your office took appointment therefore please refund my money with interest, so regretfully i am not interested in jd omni any more, therefore i requests you 3 time, please refund my money relating to this contract (Jd omni).
