I purchased the e-commerce website and there is no use even after 2.5 years. It is a shared website with never ending issues. Now I'm facing brand new issue which even Justdial can't fix. So waste of time, waste of money. Justdial simply trying to grab money stating their features, they will show the features initially, and it will be taken back without your knowledge. It is better to build a e-commerce website by your own, do not purchase from Justdial. Waste of all times.
Not refunding, waste of money. Still they trying to sell another 50k product stating after purchasing this, your website will work.

I took package for website making and promotion name from jd omni (just dial ltd). And they assured me that they will provide this services in 7 to 15 days, i signed this contract in 30 jan 2022, and package payment RS 17770 by online payment and amount Made on 1st feb, 2022, but they not even responded till today, so i makes lot of calls and emails on there customer care number and email id regarding this matter, but i not received positive...

My website - www.Chickify.in is not working from last 5 days. I have tried many calls & Also put a many mail but there is no response received.
They have noted our complaint but no solution has been provided.
They Claimed that the problem is already solved on their hand.
But my website is not working and we dnt have any concern person number to contact them .. only customer care has been provided.

We are facing losses due to this unprofessional behavior & they have nothing to do with the customer problem.

Its a suggestion - Never do work with JDOMNI
