JDVVNL — frequent disconnection of electricity

Sir, my house is in Talhati, Abu Road Area and I have been experiencing this problem - Although there is electricity in other houses nearby but my house often faces this discomfiture and yet my meter reading escalates. So MY METER RUNS BUT THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN THE HOUSE - THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS MAGIC TRICK.
