Jeeva — Amount debited but not credited in vendor account

DEAR SIR I HAVE DONE THREE NUMBERS OF TRANSACTION IN ONLINE NET BANKING TNIGRS PAYMENT ON 15/09/2021 WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS.

THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT BUT RECEIVERS STATUS IS TRANSACTION FAILED WHILE DOING THAT TRANSACTION ERROR SHOWN IS 502 SERVER ERROR BUT AMOUNT WAS DEBITED

KINDLY CHECK AND REVERSE MY AMOUNT IN THE SAME ACCOUNT.
