Jeeva & Company — Not refunding advance money
Dear sir,
I had made an agreement with driver agency called jeeva and company bangalore. We had taken driver from this company, but driver left his job within 5 months. We paid to company 1 year salary of the driver in advance., at the time of agreement he told us if driver will leave or we want to terminate contract he will refund money. The driver was very good but Jeeva company was not paying him salary and because of that the driver left the job but Jeeva company did not refjund our money nor substiute with any other driver. Mr Ventakesh in the owner of this Jeeva and company and he is a crook.

He has encashed the cheque and there is no way to reach him, even registered posts are returned back.
Is there anyway to trace this crook and hand him over to the police
