Jeeva & Company — Fraud

I had asked the driver provider's agency number, from just dial, on 16th june 2017 i have been provided, but my number also have been provided to the agencies, one of the crook man who runs his agency named jeeva&company, he called me and he took money rs.16500/- and ran away,
When i asked to just dial they say, here is no any record for your number you haven't called us on 16th june, i was shocked, because the message is still in my inbox, then they asked screenshot i sent, after that they believed and they became ready to listen to my problem. I told them and then they said:
Okay i have blocked this company's number and, two complaints already have been registered against this company, then i'm asking: if two complaints already had been entered against this company then
1: why they didn't block his number?
2: why did they provide my number to him?
3: who will return my money?
4: who had erased my record from just dial?

I think there is a big scam, which is running by crooks, they are inside of just dial those are helping fraudulent
