[Resolved]  Jeevanjodi Matrimonial — fraud : please refund my money, we don't want to take any services

Dear team,

As we discussed, we got profile from your side named “prashant kumar”on 10th june and we had paid 7000 rs for the same profile on 12th june after that we found that everything (Shared by yourside) was incorrect like (Address, pics, salary, package etc.)

Me (Srashti verma) and my father (Virendra kumar) continuously following up with you guys and then we got the response from one of team member “puja” said that she will refund my money till 26th june then again she modified date its 30th june, after that she said between 1st to 5th july, now we are saying this is your last date and we don’t want any modifications in dates.

Also, request you to please do not share my profile with any of your customers, block my profile in you website. I don’t want anyone searched me and pinged my on facebook messenger. Facebook is not a matrimonial site.
I think you guys don’t have company policies and procedures.
