[Resolved] Jeevansathi.com — refund

Hi These guys kept on calling me to get membership day in, numerous times even when i had filed complaint for refund which was due to their unprofessional service and pathetic service. These guys promised me refund in 7 working days but now it has been more than 10 days. When i try to chat, these guys won’t respond and after 15 mins they would just write due to no response we are closing this as satisfactory. I kept on asking them to get me call from Senior, instead of having call from senior they still kept on calling me to avail membership. I want someone from consumer complaints department to action on this. This is way above harassment now to keep on chasing them and get no response whatsoever. right now as well, i was told to hold instead i was disconnected. Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (1)

Oct 01, 2018 Updated by karan316 one of the person called, this is ridiculous when asked that i will want to speak with manager only. kept on telling me i should email only and managers don't come on call. how is this possible? i will want someone to take action . they have closed the complaint without even resolving. is this the service ?
