The Id is already shared and the funny thing is that jeevan Saathi team has shared the complaint pictures with the guy and he gave me a threatening call.
This is how they operate.Its just a money making process and they don't care how many hearts are broken, how many lives are spoilt. Just taken membership pay them money and a no of fake profiles contact you

Also have complained about 2more frauds but all complaint is falling on deaf ears

I am facing the same issue. If I was supposed get 75-80 contacts view then why after expiration of membership I am not able to view the same numbers anymore. Had I copied all these numbers then there would have been no issue. And if I have to view the same numbers now I need to pay Jeevansathi once again, this is fraudulent..my profile id is ZZYA3658

I do not see this profile anymore on JS. Still would recommend to do an investigation as the pictures are not of the fraudsters. The person in the pic might not know that his pics is being misused. Also note that fraudster sent his biodata on my mail n contacted me on whatsapp. In case you want to verify more just copy paste the subject line of his biodata where he wrote about MD/MS from Bristol university on Google and you will see that too many girls were cheated with similar profile through different matrimonial sites.

This person contacted me on 8 of August and today I have seen this post. We were in contact through watsapp for around a month. Once I insisted him to talk over phone so we talked over the phone for few seconds but I disconnected the phone becoz I was not able to make a single word what he was saying. Because he was pretending to speak in US slang. Many times I felt suspicious because of his wrong English Many Grammatical mistakes were there. This guy Dr. RASHI ANISH contacted me too and I had reported him on Jeevan saathi as fake profile but I guess no action was taken. He talked with me for a few months too but I was smart enough to call him out as i found similar Orthopedic doctors profiles with similar introduction. He refused to come on video call stating he was in Afghanistan. What a loser. I guessed he was a Nigerian masquerading as an american and told him I will never transfer any money and knew he was a fraudster.. Now i see different profiles for that same number. Point Proved.

I changed my profile as per their customercare executives advice but no benefit get me.

In case chargeback been raised from clients end, activities within the profile comes to halt and profile created on Jeevansathi.com gets deactivated till chargeback case is settled. If the chargeback raised was in error, client can approach to concerned bank and withdraw the chargeback request so as to start using membership benefits against the profile created on Jeevansathi.com. Services / membership benefits can only be used, once the case is settled between the issuing bank (where the chargeback request been raised) and the merchant involved.

But the chargeback raised by me was for one of the two transactions which was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my account.

What is the person supposed to do if few transactions goes unsuccessful on your website but amount gets debited. I waited for the merchant to revert the unsuccessful transaction money for days and raised a chargeback with my bank when no action was taken from the merchant end.

Duplicate payment made against chargeback case, gets refunded automatically to clients account from getaway team. Alternatively, chargeback raised was for the successful payment made to the merchant, to which one week paid services were used.

Again would suggest you to withdraw the chargeback request so as to start using membership benefits against the profile created on Jeevansathi.com. As updated, membership benefits can only be used, once the case is settled between the issuing bank and the merchant involved.

I am unable to understand the procedure here.

Its been 20 days since the duplicate transaction was made by me but till date the amount of one of the two transactions is not refunded.

I am not sure if the chargeback raised was for the successful transaction or the unsuccesful one. All I wanted was one transaction amount back i.e 1755 of 3510.

I would surely withdraw my chargeback request as soon as I get 1755 Rs refunded from the getaway team.

Refund of the amount paid for subscription can only be refunded post clearing on chargeback case. Profile activation / refund of subscription paid for, is possible if :
1. Client withdraw chargeback request.
2. Client has to wait for the chargeback case to be settled.

Sir... Dispute against the payment made was raised from clients end. Once the chargeback is raised for any of the payment, successful or unsuccessful -> all the previous and post transaction comes to hault/pause till the settlement of the case.
Post withdrawing the chargeback request, merchant is waiting for the confirmation from concerned bank, so as to release the successful payment in the favour of merchant and get the services activated against the profile in question.

The charge back was raised 10 days back and I am not sure why the confirmation is still pending. Anyways, I am really disappointment how this one unsuccessful transaction has led to so much of problem for me. I am ver less hope now that this issue will get resolved any sooner.

Concerned team is in regular touch with the gateway, asking for the confirmation on withdrawal of chargeback case. Team is waiting for the outcome from client's back... as the case is under Bank's review. Once the case is cleared from Bank, will be able to take some action at merchant level

My membership plan ends on 30th July. What if the matter is not closed till then ?

Sir... the day withdrawal of chargeback case is settled by the bank and the gateway team -> membership will be activated for the same time duration (from the day of activation) for which the subscription was subscribed for.

Hi, Profile ID created on Jeevasnthi.com is based on contacting other members for better alliance. In continuation of this, free profile owner opt for paid subscription to view contact details of possible alliance. As the paid subscription is for a particular duration, once the subscription is over, any of the viewed OR not viewed contacts gets disabled from the interface till further re-activation of the membership. Post reactivation/renewable of the membership, accepted member list is again active and one can view contact details of accepted members.
