I have given them almost 85000 Indian currency. Every time they call and they want money and mentioning we have you work on your profile.anyone my parents found a girl and we arranged everything.I ask from them about refund and they are clearly saying that they can’t give me that.they are fraud and after you give them money they won’t answer your call anymore.

Beema matrimony is fraud matrimony. Initially, they will tell that for 3 months 1500rs once you pay we will send you profiles. When we pay the money after that they will not pick your call. Lady named jayanthi mob no# [protected] cheated me from beema matrimony service. Please don't believe them the worst service and cheaters....

I am in contact with matrimony person, mr. Vishnu, his contact number +[protected],

We are in contact in whatsapp with same above numbers.
Mr. Vishnu used to continuously whatsapp me for registration in matrimony website, so that they can get some member added.

I finally registered when i once came to india on leave,
I was charged for diamond pack: rs. 5200, through online banking.
Then i got to know from mr. Vishnu, of matrimony, that the actual charge is rs. 4500 for diamond pack.

I was charged additonal rs. 700 by vishnu.
I want the authority to take action against these fraud websites charging additional when paid online,

Refund the additional amount to the same bank account number.
The proof are the below attached screen shots page number wise

These websites are biggest frauds, they say one rate, they charge another rate.
Fraud websites, playing with people necessities.

I am running a textile shop at peravallur, chennai-600082 in the name of anita boutique. During december 2017 i was approached by mr. Karunanithi k (Associate manager) explaining their service related to our business. Basically the deal they promised is they would route us their potential customer stitching orders to us.

We entered into signed agreement on 30. Dec.2017 through their order & agreement form with reference number 1776 and attached the order form for reference. I had paid for 1 year subscription fee of rs. 13924.00 thru card payment.

I have been told that i would be provided with an id in a weeks time from registration for the purpose to login to their portal but i haven't got yet.in this regards i have been trying to reach mr. Karunanithi several number of times since than to check on my issue and there wasn't a single response till date. Were able to get couple of other numbers of matrimony directory and when shared about my concern i was been told that i am not a registered customer as per their system. Till date i haven't got any response from any body from their organisation. I am completely frustrated with their irresponsible service and i would like to get refund of the money i paid to them or 1 year service extension for the service we were not provided.

The experience with them was really a mental pressure to me by way of chasing them several 100's of times for past 10 months, for no use.

Other big concern is they didn't had a courtesy to call me single time following my phone calls to them till date. Surprisingly if they pick up, again i have to start from scratch in explaining my concern and they would say will come back to me soonest but will not call me.

I have registered my company SP Media Events as a wedding planner in Bharat Matrimony in January, 2018 for 8 months with a package of Rs.7500 completing in September, 2018 by Mr. Pargat Singh Sidhu from Bangalore. My code is 71345. He committed to give us 120 leads during this period of 8 months. But later on while not getting any leads called him several times but all my efforts gone in vain neither he didn't responded to my call nor he responded to my mail. During this period i got only 3 leads and out of the 3 leads, 1 is not interested and other 2 leads are not contactable. I have also contacted the manager of kolkata branch office of Bharat Matrimony named as Priyanka but there also i didn't get that desired service. All my money have been wasted. Requesting all who are willing to registered their company with bharat matrimony for any types of commercial purpose never do that.But you can proceed if you want to waste your money. This person is full fake giving false words. I have attached pargat singh sidhu pics and my contract form.

Matrimony directory is a fraud company, their sales team is trained to sell in a wrong way... Leads what they share of no use, no quality.. They are all fake leads..in spite of many compliments and office visits no one responded properly. Especially the sales team won't answer customer calls once they receive the payment. Don't get cheated with their false promises. Its time for m d to take some corrective measures.

Completely scam/dubious/malicious sale of products. Inspite of complaining several times (Through mail and by visiting their office (6+ times). Is ridiculous!!! They promise so many things while they sell their products but i got a worst response (Kindly produce the proofs on the promised leads). They have taken money with false promises of giving me business and worst people who doesn't own what they speak for. I really want to complaint n tell everyone not to entertain them. Pethetic customer service. I want my money back and terminate the person who intend n forced me to join. Here by calling me n making false promises. Now he doesn't respond n give any leads. A COMPLETE UNETHICAL AND FRAUD COMPANY WITH NO VALUES AT ALL .Bharat Matrimony's part MatrimonyDirectory representatives all are liars when I started to write on MatrimonyDirectory facebook they blocked me there and told me they have made a cheque for me and I will get it in 2 weeks time . I waited for 2 weeks again, now again they turned and said they have not made any cheque .All Bharat Matrimony and MatrimonyDirectory people are con artist and running a scam .

They simply kept on changing their relationship managers from Pune to Chennai, who failed to fulfill the promises.There are thousands of people like me to whom they have cheated across the country .

I have recorded each and every conversation this time because they were not ready to mail me anything or give in written, they even told me " Do whatever you can do" "jo karna hai kar lo" . I paid them 25, 000 rupees and for a year they could not provide me one single customer .Even after all these I was getting fake emails from their side to again join some marriage related service, they use our previous data and with different website try to fool us again and again. They must be also selling the user data . I want serious action to be taken against them and stop this company .

They have made a strategy to make people wait for their money, provide zero service make false promises . Just rotate them on phone . so that after some time they will leave and again they will target some new small business and make money and run away with false promises.

This is my 4th complaint here No action has been taken, they are just enjoying running a scam .Now they simply block me on their facebook page when I comment about their scam and fake services.
They have looted my 25000 rupees and I am not going to leave them Till I get my money back .Consumer Complaint team take appropriate action these things should be stopped and ideas from your side will be appreciated .

Now rather solving my problem and returning my money back they have blocked me from their facebook pages. They are not responding and thinking i will leave them. A big no. I have reported this to the chennai city police and also to the facebook people in mumbai. Strict action will be taken to stop this scam and get my money back. I am determined and none of their strategy for fooling people will work, i want consumer complaint to take serious action and get my money back.

They charged us 25000 rupees and said to provide around 50 customers for bridal make up and in turn we got zero customers .They only send us random numbers that to hardly once in a month . I want strict action to be taken and stop the site from faking people and making money .
They have very bad service and people are very rude, unprofessional . We have faced huge amount of loss . Don't know how to get my money back .These people fooled my mother with her parlour with fake commitments to get customers, please take action against them and stop this and save the hard earned money of the people .

I am from chennai and using hdfc credit card. First month I received a mail for bank side to pay 1520. But for next month onwards didn't Receive a single mail even which amount I will pay that confirmation. Now your agent PRABHAKARAN from CCE was called me and threatened me to pay rest amount. I didn't know what is the amount will be pay this month. Suddenly he told me to pay 1100. So kindly check it.

My catering firm "Aaugritaa Caterers" took a package from "Matrimony directory" in order to get some business. In last 6 months the website has given me only 5 leads that is not even 1 lead per month.

The guy who promised and took the deal doesn't even pick up calls. This is by far the worst services i have encountered. Totally fake and poor

Please do NOT invest in this company as they are fake and they make false promises. I was promised a lot of things while making the agreement for 1 year but not one promise has been fulfilled. I have not received even 1 appropriate lead from their end and now when i want to cancel the agreement, they are not co-operating. CHEATERS!! In these 6 months i have not made any business from their leads and sometimes i dont even get leads the entire month. Please give back my invested money( Rs 34000) or I will have to take some serious action.

This is cam360degree photography. . This complaint is to inform you about the worst service provided by your team. . We gotta call repeatedly from your executives to register in your site. . They told me that they will forward us 40 confirmed leads (Not enquiries) for per year. . And they promised us those leads will be verified and forwarded by them. . So, by trusting their words we invested 17, 500 rs p / a. . Now, if sept comes 1yr going to complete and we got only 27leads. . Not even single lead is prospective in that. . And i'm not getting a proper response from your executive side. . We cannot sit and watch without earning anything from your site till the package get expires. We don't expect any convincing things from you now, we request you to repay over invested amount. I hope at least supporting team will reaponse to this mail.

This here with anger that we are listed as premium as wedding planners from more than 8 month now and haven been cheated by matrimony directory or his management by fake and lie commitments. I have been called personal approached by through Bharatmatrimony.com as they are professional matrimonial site and surprisingly placed our listing on matrimony directory. Even though I was not willing to tieup their concern branch head from mumbai Mr Rishi called me up and given me his commuted word that he will personally look in our company benefit of business and intentionally work for better reverts and results. This is now more than 8 months now, not a single person had responded genuinely including Mumbai Resional head, branch head, customer attended mr. Piyush and Lier sales personal Mr ram and mr ashish. These whole team is totally fraud and with tons of senseless excuses. I had invested a good amount of money in premium listing after having 4 hours of technical discussion and clarification, but these guys are cheated and now no one is ready to speak on the phone, even the lady so called city customer care from Hyderabad Miss Naayla. Greetings from Sandipan Paul Photoworks, a Candid wedding photography team. My tenure in MatrimonyDirectory (a branch of Bharat Matrimony) is going to end soon. MD is the worst service provider I have ever seen. I paid 20, 000 INR for the package and I got the following. (Kaushik Mandal selled me the package): 1. They committed a guaranteed 40 leads in a year but I got only 21 leads on completion of one year. 2. They committed every lead to be of more than 25k package, but out of 21 leads 90% of the leads were asking for 15-20k package, some person's number I found switched off whenever I tried to make the call, and some said they have already selected a photographer. 3. They committed if I was pre booked for some date and if I receive a lead for the same date, I would be provided a fresh but this didnot happen. Because when I called up the sales person, he said contact your service person, and after some months I could not even reach his mobile. So service assessment and quality is very poor. I dont expect refund of my money by this fraud company but I think this should come to the notice of everyone who uses internet Review: A suggestion to my all co-photographers and friends in any kind of event management proffession, dont get yourself registered to Matrimony Directory, if you value your time and money. No matter what their sales executives commit you, your money is ultimately going to be wasted if you invest. So, just dont think and dont invest. Investing in MD is my worst decision till date.
