My jeevan sathi profile is ZWYZ0411. I was the payed member and used the services. But there were few contact details which i skiped to note it down thinking that i would see those no.s later. I thought since i have already viewed the contact details, i would be aled to view it later also. But I was unable to do so. None of your Executive have explained this before taking the plan. or atleast the executive could have called and intimated one week before the subscription was getting expied. Seriously a very bad experience. And Jeevan sathi is Cheating the customers. And i would take this to consumer court also.

My account in jeevansathi has been deleted but I want to reopen it again so help me to reopen it again in jeevansathi .now iam not able to open it I don't know why so plz help me to reopen it and I Don't know what is the procedure to open it again so please please please help me and inform me that what is the procedure to open it again in the jeevansathi of email id nandu.[protected]@gmail. Com I want to open it by same email id...

Why displaying person's profile online today or one day before which got already married ? it leads to inconvenience, embarrassment, wastage of time and money, to other members, kindly take necessary action and do needful. thanks and regards profile id zazt 5963

Registration was in March 2016.I didnt get any match alerts .When I contact them they are saying to reduce my filter criterian for life partner.

I had a free account on jeevansathi.com.

I needed contact information of other contacts for which I was told to get eRishta membership by their customer care.

So, I thought o[censored]pgrading my account.

I checked various plans and chose eRishta for 3 months validity.

But when I was about to register for eRishta for 3 months validity costing Rs. 3800, they were giving 60% off on total amount if I register till 31st March, 2016 and I did register on 31st March, 2016. But during the time of payment, at the last step Rs. 3240 were deducted instead of Rs. 1520.

Dear All, It is to inform you that I have already deactivated my account in the month of August 2015. But my profile is still getting flashed on the candidates wall. I have made repeated complaints to customer care by email and phone both. But Jeevansathi team is not resolving the issue. My life has become hell, because of a lot phone calls and messages from candidates. I have already got engaged and will get married soon. It is creating a lot nuisance into my lifestyle. In such a case, I would like to send legal notice to Jeevansathi.com, if they will not be able to resolve this issue immediately. My Jeevansathi ID was ZXAU2040.

Greedy people of jeevansathi.com are enjoying with my money.They are not giving my Rs 19, 350.My jeevansathi id is ZZRY2154. They are not replying to my mails regarding refund.It clearly shows that they are fraud, liars and greedy people.I want my money back.

Its been a pathetic experience with your Jeevansathi Team, believe me pathetic is also a compliment for you people. I'm a sufferer of poor and lazy services of jeevansathi.com.I paid the amount of Rs 19, 350 on 23 September 2015 for three months.My profile id is ZZRY2154.My profile counsellor, Mr Ravi was saying that my service will be activated when I get call from my relationship manager(RM).I got call from RM on 29 September 2015.But jeevansathi.com website is showing my validity will be over on 22 December.I told the jeevansathi.com customer care executive that Mr Ravi was saying that my services will be activated on that day when I got call from the RM..But my services had been activated on 23September 2015.I got call very late ie on 29 September 2015.After so many complaints, they agreed that my services will be activated till 31 December 2015.I got mail that from RM, not from the jeevansathi.com that my services will be activated till 31 december 2015. I told my preferences to RM, but still she send me those profiles who are not according to my preferences.What the use of spending Rs 19, 350 if I did not get profiles according to the preferences.Mr Ravi was saying that I'll get three calls from RM per week but I got the call only on Monday.I also told my RM that you call me only on Monday.What about rest of the days?Mr Ravi was also saying that RM will send as many profiles only on Monday.But she sends me 4 profiles only every Monday.I also told my RM that why are you sending me only four profiles weekly. She said it depends on the acceptance of that person.Why should i tell her that call me three times per week.Even I told her that I like some profiles still she did not take it seriously and she told me the response of those profiles only on Monday.One more thing, I don't like any profile which she sent me.I like 2 or 3 profiles which were sent by jeevansathi.com. I selected 2 or 3 profiles which were sent by jeevansathi.com, not by my RM.I mailed that profile id to my RM.But she did not take seriously.She told me response of those profiles only on Monday.It means that my whole week had been wasted.Main thing is that its' her duty to discuss the profiles which I like.She should take initiative immediately but everytime she called me on Monday only.I don't like any profile which she sent me because some of those profiles were not according to my preferences. Last week my RM had taken leave, she told me that she is on leave and she will call me on Saturday.But I did not get any call on Saturday.Again the whole week wasted.Now on 29 October 2015, one month of JS Exclusive is going to be over.I also told haer that one month will be over soon and rest of the two months will be over like this.I talke to Mr Ravi that I am not happy with the services.He was telling me that he will not refund Rs 19, 350.If I told him that deduct my amount of my used service and refund the rest of the amount.still he did not agree. I mailed and called customer care of jevansathi.com so many times, still I did not get any response regarding my refund. I also sent after some days of JS exclusive service that I am not happy with the lazy and poor services. I also mailed to the jeevansathi.com customer care executives that you are enjoying with the money of the customers.Rs 19, 350 is a huge amount and I am not getting services accordingly.

As per my profile i was trying to jeevansathi.com customer care ([protected]) but your customer service is too much poor and hungry girl. I told her i need this profile ZYW1176 only first name then she said to me mam you take membership and then u will get it profile details, I said her i dont wana more details to this profile and another profile but i need only first name then again she told me u take membership.

This is not fully happiness matrimonial, lots of taken guys divorce also but I don't know why you are help some little points, Me and my friend was taken membership before 7months but i was not getting happiness and fully satisfied partner. thats why i ask only name ...

I feel i'll do complaint against her girl, bcs her talking also too much roughly, hope so u learn to your customer girl how to talk and how to help then you appoint this job either i'll mark to customer complaint against her.

Hello, I registered as a paid member on this Site but I have 2 complaints for which I would like to sue Jeevansathi. 1. All the Staff members can easily get in to any profile and view any members private data - this is the most private data, photos, financial details that a Prospect girl/boy & family puts on the Profile. 2. The Services offered includes a Special feature which costs almost 1, 000 Rupees for 3 months - this service Makes your profile seem as a different one with high-lighting. The concern is, I registered for this Service but there is no certain or confirmed way to check & view whether this Service is really working or not. Siddharth

Sir, I am writing this after facing lot of frustration from your customer care staff who either are ill trained or willingly do not want to make matter clear. I am explaining my problem as:- "I got registered with your esteemed organisation for search of a bride for my son during 2014 and after expiry of the tenure now after a gap of about six months again got membership renewed for six months on 30/03/2015. But I have now found that my account is blocked without any warning with the reason that I have meet the target of sending acceptance's to members. The fact is that I have not send the desired no of acceptances i.e. 500 during this month( eligible to send in a month as informed by your customer care officer). All efforts to convince your customer care staff has failed and no justification/explanation is available with them. There is no record to confirm that how many acceptances I have sent. I have found that figures reflected in my account includes cases/acceptances/people yet to respond etc. sent during my earlier regd. of 2014. I received call from jeevansaathi.com from suruchi kumari (suruchi.[protected]@jeevansathi.com ) for JS exclusive service costing 32, 000 for 6 month. As marriage is important decision I thought to pay the amount which I negotiated till 26, 000 for 6 month. They promised to provide following service -Search...

there arefraud profiles on jeevansathi.. came across this profile almost 6 mth back for my sister : http://www.jeevansathi.com/profiles/ZYVT2721. He says he is in london and works for apple... but alls . he is a fraud. He contacted my sister and wooed her into beleiving he is a very nice person and genuienly wants to marry her but then he started emotionally torturing my sister saying is father is not well and has undergone a major accident...

This is to inform that we are highly dissatisfied with the Jeevan Saathi services. All the promises that were made was only till the payment of the package. Once the payment was made, there was no proper assistance, not even a single phone call from the Jeevan Saathi staff (Noida Office). Also, after the payment to Jeevan Saathi, the contact details of the bride profiles were not visible. Even after much request to Mr Khem and Mr Chandra, they did not share the contact details of the desired bride (after MAKING PAYMENT to JEEVAN SAATHI) which as per their promise should not be denied. They gave some excuses saying as Jeevan Saathi policies, rules and regulation, also that the brides profile is under another branch and executive. I believed that the motto of Jeevan Saathi team as a whole is to make matches and should be flexible enough to cater the needs of the customer.But the motto of Jeevansathi is to cheat people and make money. I feel I have just wasted my money on Jeevansathi baseless and fraud promises. Even the customer care is waste and should be shut down as the executives sitting there don’t have proper knowledge to guide their clients and give false information. it was really a bad experience with Jeevan Saathi. I would never advise anybody to use their services.

Jeevansathi people are highly overconfident about looting, my humble request is that they check below points with legal department and then decide my Profile id ZYZY8915 1) From yesterday, they not replying to my mails 2) previosly even my email was readable they said its not in readable format, I have proof They deleted my profile even without notification, also they dont have valid reason This is initial notice to refund, so I can to in consumer forum

Kindly note down this id RTS0489. His name is Adrishya kumar Mukherjee from Kolkata. I got in touch with this guy through your website. Last Friday (25.07.14), I spoke with him and felt he is not perfect for me. So I refused him to take it further yesterday. last night, he called me at 2.30 am. He harassed me a lot by calling me so many times and keep messaging me. Even he told me " he is going to end his life as I rejected him. I screwed him". I don't understand how cloud I?? Even I don't know him.I was very scared and still I am. At last, I had to switched off my phone. I could not understand what should I do. So I thought to keep posted here regarding this.
