I'm a sufferer of poor and lazy services of jeevansathi.com.I paid the amount of Rs 19, 350 on 23 September 2015 for three months.My profile id is ZZRY2154.My profile counsellor, Mr Ravi was saying that my service will be activated when I get call from my relationship manager(RM).I got call from RM on 29 September 2015.But jeevansathi.com website is showing my validity will be over on 22 December.I told the jeevansathi.com customer care executive that Mr Ravi was saying that my services will be activated on that day when I got call from the RM..But my services had been activated on 23September 2015.I got call very late ie on 29 September 2015.After so many complaints, they agreed that my services will be activated till 31 December 2015.I got mail that from RM, not from the jeevansathi.com that my services will be activated till 31 december 2015.
I told my preferences to RM, but still she send me those profiles who are not according to my preferences.What the use of spending Rs 19, 350 if I did not get profiles according to the preferences.Mr Ravi was saying that I'll get three calls from RM per week but I got the call only on Monday.I also told my RM that you call me only on Monday.What about rest of the days?Mr Ravi was also saying that RM will send as many profiles only on Monday.But she sends me 4 profiles only every Monday.I also told my RM that why are you sending me only four profiles weekly. She said it depends on the acceptance of that person.Why should i tell her that call me three times per week.Even I told her that I like some profiles still she did not take it seriously and she told me the response of those profiles only on Monday.One more thing, I don't like any profile which she sent me.I like 2 or 3 profiles which were sent by jeevansathi.com.
I selected 2 or 3 profiles which were sent by jeevansathi.com, not by my RM.I mailed that profile id to my RM.But she did not take seriously.She told me response of those profiles only on Monday.It means that my whole week had been wasted.Main thing is that its' her duty to discuss the profiles which I like.She should take initiative immediately but everytime she called me on Monday only.I don't like any profile which she sent me because some of those profiles were not according to my preferences.
Last week my RM had taken leave, she told me that she is on leave and she will call me on Saturday.But I did not get any call on Saturday.Again the whole week wasted.Now on 29 October 2015, one month of JS Exclusive is going to be over.I also told haer that one month will be over soon and rest of the two months will be over like this.I talke to Mr Ravi that I am not happy with the services.He was telling me that he will not refund Rs 19, 350.If I told him that deduct my amount of my used service and refund the rest of the amount.still he did not agree.
I mailed and called customer care of jevansathi.com so many times, still I did not get any response regarding my refund. I also sent after some days of JS exclusive service that I am not happy with the lazy and poor services.
I also mailed to the jeevansathi.com customer care executives that you are enjoying with the money of the customers.Rs 19, 350 is a huge amount and I am not getting services accordingly.
Jeevansathi Internet Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by adad8 Greedy people of jeevansathi.com are enjoying with the customer's money.I want my Rs 19350 back.Be aware of greedy people of jeevansathi.com.They are not replying to mails regarding refund, it clearly shows that they are fraud, liar and greedy people.
