My Jeevansathi account no. YYUT8927 has not been activated even after submitting all documents their receiving their email that my account would be activated within next 24-48 hours whereas 36 hours have been passed.

I tried contact their email and phone helplines but all are non-responsive and looks Jeevansathi is trying to cheat their paid client after receiving membership fee.

Sent 14 reminder emails in last 28 days but they are also not responding to them.

    I visited the website of jeevansaathi.com and I was looking some matches for my brother in law.
    He has already updated the details and when, I was going through their astrological updates. It is absolutely blunder about mangalik dosh analysis.
    I also know basics of astrology and any person having Mars in the 1/3/4/7/8/12 houses is considered mangalik.
    But what they have mentioned is rubbish, they are saying that "anyone having (Mars, sun, Saturn, rahu, ketu in the 1st house) is also considered"mangalik". Which is completely false.
    In this situation they are making lakhs of people mangalik and which is not
    Anyone having (sun, Saturn, rahu and ketu in the 1st house is not at all considered mangalik).
    I believe that might be their system update feeded and creating havoc in their horoscopes.
    I think, this is a very serious issue and allegation. I guess so many people might be considered "mangalik" which actually they are not. Then they are put into mangalik creatria and mangalik matching are comparitvely few.
    I strongly hold that they should omit this point from the computer software and create "actual horoscope"

      My Jeevansathi account has been deleted.
      I don't know how they deleted my account without any information.
      I'm a paid member and using this app longer.
      But I don't know how they deleted my account.
      I have already paid and not getting any response from their side

          I had created an account on jeevansathi a couple of months back. Initially I was using the free app but later I purchased a plan. Today on 3 january 2022, I was logged out automatically and when I tried to loging using the credentials, I was told there is no account registered with my email. I did not receive any notifications from JS, nor any report. Neither did I violate any rules. My account has been deleted for no apparent reason and seems like someone accidentally deleted my account. I was actually genuinely liking the application however I have now lost all hope with it. The call centre number doesn't work. Hoping for an email response by jeevansathi.com

          Hello My profile ID is WYVV0677. My profile was deleted because someone else was using my pictures and information. The verification email sent to me got ignored because I dont check emails from jeevansathi as I was only using the jeevansathi app. I have already sent an email to [protected]@jeevansathi.com, they said they have forwarded my case to (Jeevansathi quality assurance team), however there has been no follow up and my profile still remains deleted. I feel so cheated by someone who made a fake profile and also by jeevansathi for deleting my profile without any clarification or information. I have provided my proof of education, companh ID and passport to jeevanasathi in email. Please expedite the process to recover my account. Besides my phone number for calling, too has been banned by jeevansathi customer care so I cannot even call them to discuss the matter and resolve it.

              Blocked profile without any prior intimation

              Dear Sir,
              My Account (XYZY4085) blocked on 6.12.2021 without any intimation. I paid my membership charges and its valid upto 25th May, 2022, then how they have blocked my account, I tried many times on Customer Care No., but customer care no. Is not connecting and they are telling contact on emails only. I emailed four times on their e mail, but no response from their side.

                  Hi, I have been handling immature abusers who can't handle rejection on matrimonial sites. One of them desperately called me yesterday and when I didn't pick up he said my profile is fake ( 'fek' n his own language) . I didn't reply him and silently declined him as I realised he had put fake pics of him and fake spellings as his chat msgs showed much about him. Then he got my profile deleted and jeevansathi lost my trust when they didn't cross check with me. How can such a reputed organization support wrong people so immaturely. One call by you must have helped me . He was asking me for 10000 rs but I was ignoring him. Dear JS, KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY OR MY PROFILE AS I LOST MANY CONTACTS WITH IT AND YEARS OF HARDWORK THAT WENT UNSEEMINGLY INTO MY MARRIAGE DUE TO ONE ABUSIVE PEOFILER IN YOUR SITE.

                        Nothing has been done. I have contact them multiple times to give me my refund and they ignore me and now that my profile is deleted they are not even responding anymore. Someone please help me please i am begging you please help me!

                          I met this guy, who claimed to be working as a trade analyst in LA, USA. He called himself Karan Walia. After talking for a few days, he told me he would be coming down to India to meet me to carry forward our conversation and also to understand each other better. I was a little hesitant to meet so soon and him to fly down from LA just to meet me. He also told me he had no other relative in India as of now. His mother had conveniently left for Canada for his sister's delivery. His father had expired long back. His father's side relatives were not in connection because of love marriage between his parents. His relatives on mother's side were all settled in Canada. He also sent me his tickets from LA to Delhi via Doha. I am settled in Mumbai. When I asked him why he didn't take a flight till Mumbai, he said his travel agent had some commission and all. Finally when he reached Delhi, he dialed me up and told me he had been having some issues with his luggage claim. On asking he told me his american card has been blocked and they are asking him to pay up a penalty of 25K and asked me to help him. His friends, relatives in Canada were not picking up his call. For some reason his online banking had been blocked. He didn't wanted to trouble his mother as she was a BP patient. Then he told me that his mother had sent gold bangles for me. As i refused to help making excuses. He didn't further contact me and his profile is hidden after that.

                          Kindly help me in reporting such fake profiles. Someone is investing their time and emotions and it hurts when it turns out to be all fake. Jeevansathi should find a way to deal with such fake individuals who are here only for money laundering.

                            No response from customer care

                            My profile was deleted for lack of documentation, I submitted the document 5 days back and received confirmation that profile will be activated in 2 days time
