Jeevansathi suspended paid premium service profile ID:XRRX0759 within a 2 weeks of subscription without any reasons nd notice. Tried to reach out with their help email, no response. And try to reach out they provided contact number. NO one picking call. Requesting proper communication and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Dear Team,

Greetings from Jeevansathi.

We would like you to know that we have found 10 profiles with the member's contact number- [protected], with different names- Raj N, Nitesh Vishnu, Bharani K, Bharani Kumar, Mr M, Mryar, Prady N, Jay ji.

Also, we have noticed that the member's registered Email ID- [protected]@gmail.com can be found to be associated with 2 more profiles under the names of- Aditya M and Himansu Shah. All the profiles have similar information, with similar photos across several profiles. We regret we do not allow such mismatch of information. hence we have had to suspend the profile.

​Further, we had duly sent Emails for verification of details, however we failed to receive all the necessary details from the member's end.

We have requested the member to not create any further profile, else we shall have to remove that as well.

    This is regarding Aadvik kumar. He is making fake profiles on jeevan saathi matrimonial site and trying to trap innocent girls. I have seen that someone else has lodge a complaint here about him on 4th January 2021 (some Mrigakshi) that he took INR 20 lakh from them and I have also noticed email from jeevanSaathi that they have blocked his profile. Then how can he again open a new profile with the same name and same story and again trying to trap a new girl. This time its my friend. when she accepted his request and connected on whats App he just deleted his JS account.
    This is a serious cyber crime and should be resolved.

      I had filed earlier complaint regarding suspension of account without prior notice. Also when I asked for the information they gave me the reason I have 11 profiles . First of all it's not 11 profile it's just that I created my profile 11 times when the earlier one was deleted by me . Also I think once the profile is deleted then the creation of new one is the only way to be on this platform . If you guys have problem with creation of profile again you should serve a notice or you could have inbuilt feature in app that doesn't allow it to occur . Why don't you guys just clear this thing at the time when first profile is created . On the top of that you are selling your plans to take money from people . I don't know what kind of calculation you guys do which leads to 11 profile . When there is single profile currently present on your site it should count 1 not 11 . Also if you guys are so much into tracking this thing then you should have provided this information earlier . I don't want my any information to be out there which could lead to anything . I want the refund for the same you shouldn't have deducted money for the plans .

        I created my profile on jeevansathi.com last month and I was getting calls to buy a subscription. I bought the plan but after a month I got an email that my id is being deleted also my number was blocked . I tried to call them through different number and but didn't got the clear answer why this was done . Also I shared my documents as per the telephonic conversation . But till now nothing has been done .My profile I'd was XRUR0157. Please look into the matter asap .

        The multiple I'd you are talking about are not there . It was like I created the one and deleted later when I was on serious note with someone . I didn't knew that could lead to suspension of I'd . I thought once the profile is deleted it will be no more available . Also about the professional I'm into teaching that's why I mentioned that but I'll change that to business as you guys suggested .

          My account was suspended due to not verifying my identity. Once I received the notification, I submitted the information right away but my ID has not been reinstated. I have been reaching out to [protected]@jeevansathi.com for the last week but no one is responding. I have paid for the premium plus membership and would like to get my profile back as soon as possible. My profile ID is XRSZ1181.

          We would like you to know that the Profile ID XRSZ1181 had been sent routine verification Emails by our Quality and Assurance Team on the registered Email Address on 28th April and 11th May 2021. It was only when we failed to receive any response to any of those Emails within the stipulated time, did we temporarily suspend the profile 31st May 2021.

          Also, we have duly responded vide Ticket ID #1663470 requesting all the necessary details from the member's end.

            ID YYVT1659

            Above ID is approached me and became very close, now this ID is till active in jeevan sathi, when i asked he said he's deleted but it's handled by someone with his permission. He said that he got call from your customer care and requested to use that ID to someone because he activated 6 month package. but till it shows his details only in web.
            I have all the proofs let me know what he said me is right or i am getting cheated by him? please check and delete the ID. My intention is some one should not get cheated easily like me.

                Today I saw one I'D, who put my personnel picture from on Jeevan sathi profile . I am british citizen, this is leak of my privacy . Please handle this situation .                     Activation of my jeevansathi account

                    I'm not able to open my account and its says it has been deleted. When I called the customer care number they are saying quality assurance people have deleted my profile. My Jeevansathi id is ZTTW3885 and it's a paid account.When I asked the reason, they are saying for violation of the rule. One guy has been irritating me over call and sending me messages from many numbers when I started ignoring him. I din't like him so was ignoring him....

                      There is a girl living in Delhi who has made an account on JeevanSathi (Indian Matrimonial App/Website). I started speaking to her in Feb 2021, after a few calls we decided to meet.
                      I met her near Vikaspuri. We went for lunch and it was all good. We liked each other and decided to meet a couple of times more before introducing our families to each other.
                      Then in the 3rd meeting onwards she started asking for gifts/money. She said she needs some money to buy something and her salary is yet to come, so if I could help her. I trusted her and thought she really needed it so I gave her the money.
                      She then started pushing me to propose to her with a diamond ring before introducing the families. At that point in time I felt a bit strange and did not trust her for that. Then she suddenly changed and said, if I can’t propose to her with a diamond ring, then there is no point in introducing the families. Then she blocked me from everywhere and stopped talking. I felt very bad and cheated.
                      After that as I have got a good network in Delhi, with some friends contacts, I got to know that she has already been married and not living with her husband. Do not know whether she is divorced or not. She looks beautiful and just misusing it to fool Indian guys with high salaries or rich families on the matrimonial apps. Please do not fall into such traps, keep your eyes open and be very careful. Do a thorough background check before proceeding with anyone. You should do the following checks :
                      1. **Company** where the person is working.
                      2. How are the **social profiles** of the person (facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter)
                      3. Get some idea from the **people living nearby** (In the same society etc)
                      4. Get to know the **history** of the person (School, College etc)
                      I tried reaching out to Jeevansathi to bring her profile down, but they asked for proof and they said that they cannot do anything without a solid proof, unfortunately I did not have any substantial proof against her since she generally used to call and not talk on messages. So I am putting down the details of the girl here just to keep people safe and aware. Her name is** Muskaan Sharma** and she lives in vikaspuri.

                              I am Raju Diwali Prasad Mistry, I have registered my name on Jeevansathi application. After I gave all my information to my spouse, I received a girl profile request and after I accepted it, I found out that the profile is fake, that is, the spouse application created the profile itself and sent me the request. And if I send them a message, they don't even reply back to me, and all this is happening after they subscribe, my only complaint is that the profile is being created by the spouse himself and cheating people, please fix my complaint and my money Please help improve this article or section by expanding it.
