The Jeevansaathi portal has suspended my profile twice (first one was a lifetime membership paid profile and second one was a free one) without providing any reasons and no violation that I can recall on my part. When I try to login, it says "Your profile has been temporarily suspended. Kindly check your email for clarification." No email has been sent to me stating any reason. The site operator deletes profiles for no reason in order to make people pay repeatedly for the membership. If the site does not restore my profile, I intend to pursue action in a consumer court to seek punitive damages and to block the international operation of the Jeevansaathi site.
