Dear Concerned Team,

In response to the user’s complaint, we would like to clarify that the profile (ID: VXXZ7411) was deleted on 26th September, 2025 by the Jeevansathi Quality Assurance Team during a routine quality check and the information (reason behind deleting the profile) was shared with the user.

However, the profile was reactivated on 29th September, 2025, and the same information was communicated to the user via email on the same day.

After reviewing the case in detail, we confirm that the issue has been resolved successfully.
