I want to complain about sudden suspension of my Lifetime Paid account on Jeevansathi.com Account Id: RVW9608. On 11th Feb 2022 my Jeevansathi Account was suspended with any prior warning or notification. On logging into the account it said account is suspended, please check your email. The email said the account is being suspended until further verification proofs aer received. I propmptly replied back on the email and left a message to contact me and left my phone number and also emailed my Driving License but no one contacted me back or replied to the email.
I then left a message for callback on their website. I got a callback on Sunday 13th Feb 2022 and spoke to Shikha Tripathi and asked her to reinstate my account as I have already sent my driving license proof and also asked her to let me know if any other details are required. She told me she will raise a request to backend team. After the call I emailed [protected]@jeevansathi.com with the details of my conversation with Shikha Tripathi from Jeevansathi and also sent Driving License and Divorce Decree details again on email and also asked to please let me know if any further details are required. I have not received any callback until now nor my account has been reinstated after providing all the details. Rather Jeevansathi is busy selling me new account plans when I already have a lifetime paid plan.
This is highly unprofessional of Jeevansathi to suspend the account without prior notification. I have been using this account for more than 5 years. What proofs do they need now that they haven't collected in last 5 years. The account has been verified through phone number. Anyway Now that all additional proofs have been provided, please reinstate my account asap. Was this information helpful? | 
They don't offer phone support anymore and don't reply back to your emails except when it's a target sell opportunity for them.
