Jeeves Consumer Services — 2 month left but still my refund didn't get

i am vipul jadav from surat. My Contact no is [protected]. My Thomson tv was not reparable so jeeves decided to refund me, My Claim id is CLCPQ[protected] . They told me that your refund will get in 5 days and today almost 60 days left but they still ans me for wait 2 days, this is ridiculous from jeeves, kindly please help me out of this situation,
