        I sent my mobile to JEEVES complete mobile care for warranty service in the month of august but till now there is no update about my mobile whenever i call or email them they only telling me that wait for 2 or 3 bussiness days they give an update but they will not responding please help me to get my mobile back

          I've requested to jeeves to cancel my extended warranty on nov 26th 2020
          its been one month till now i didn't got my money back

          background: ive purchased a kodak 65"TV from flipkart, after 1 day of installation i got issue with TV so for that i have asked for replacement to which they denied and gave me refund
          As soon as i got my refund from Flipkart i requested to cancel my complete protection policy from jeeves
          i dropped a mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in
          [protected]@jeeves.co.inon 26th nov.
          they replayed by asking my bank details and some required documents for refund policy, i have shared all details they told with in 8-9 business working days money will credited but till now money not credited in my account its been more than 1 month now.

          i called multiple times and asked for this issue, every time same reply (sir please wait for two days your issue will be cleared)

          such a worst organisation i have seen and experienced till now

            It's been around 40 days since I have initiated my service request and there is no proper response or resolution from Jeeves.

            Initially it was promised that issue will be resolved in maximum of 21 days but now they are extending it irrespective of their promise and policy.
