I am holding a valid Laptop Protection Plan (Policy: PCOFLKOV-2SLFWIEKDT52LZ83Z5-[protected]). My claim is being unfairly stalled due to the following reasons:
No Human Support: No contact info provided; Chatbot is the only interface.
Broken Process: Chatbot instructed me to repair first, then reimburse. Now that the repair is done, they are asking for a "Before Repair" video which was never mentioned in the initial instructions.br...

Here are the facts of my case:
