I bought a nokia laptop on 9th sep, 2021 and 2 yrs jeeves complete laptop protection plan, i raised multiple queries in feb as my laptop screen got partially damaged accidentally which was covered in the warranty but despite repeated mails & calls to the consumer care, i didn't receive any call from their end and today i called them to complain again regarding the same but to my surprise the old one has been mentioned as resolved.
