Jeeves Consumer Services — 50" tv | |||
I have bought noble 50" tv along with jeeves extended warranty & the tv went to comma stage a month back. After complaining to jeeves service center, the engineer came & booked for replacement parts. Now it's over a month & still the spares are yet to be received. As per sla of jeeves, any spares replacement will be within 15 days or they have to replace or refund the amount paid by calculating depreciation. I have fed up with their call center & finally logged a complaint with consumer helpline @ https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ Hoping for a solution at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
