The glass of the front screen of my mobile phone has one crack of about 2 cms., which developed about one week ago. For the past few days i am unable to contact jeeves consumer services, as their phone[protected] is non-functional. Even today this phone is not functional. My mobile protection plan of one year was upto 23 may 2019. Today is 27 may. It is requested that jeeves may kindly consider my request to approve free replacement of the front glass of my phone under the protection plan which was upto 23 may.
