[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — bed installation

One of the worst service i've experienced. My bed had to be installed a week before.. And till date my bed hasn't been installed. Their customer service keeps on saying that your issue will be resolved today itself. They are making a fool out of their customers saying the engineer will come but their engineer never comes. Their engineers also are just like them. One of the engineer mr naresh called me and said that he'll be coming till 12 noon. I called him ten times when he never came but he just switched off his phone after 5 pm. A kind advice for the company. Kindly shut your freakin company i[censored] can't serve ur customers on time and stop making a fool out o[censored]r customers
