I purchased Thomson 55 inch tv in nov 10 with complete protection plan with Jeeves. From day one I can see black patches on screen .. clearly visible on white screen I complaint to Jeeves engineer came took pictures and said that we will replace the tv . This has happened previously also with many customers this is due to dust in the air it is not repairable . Panel will b replaced but after one week the call and telling me this is not covered under warranty cannot be replaced Thomson has denied replacement. Contact Flipkart customer care. This is very disappoint ing even after the product is in warranty and taking complete protection plan what's the point you cannot make replacement. Then refund me . I am not going to watch the tv with black patches in the background. I will escalate this further if i don't get proper resolution to my issue Was this information helpful? |
