I have brought Nokia 50 inches TV from Flipkart on 16th Oct 2020. it has been Installed on 23rd Oct 2020 by Jeeves Executive at the same time the Executive had taken the amount of 3055/- for a COMPLETE PROTECTION PLAN for extra 3years warranty by Jeeves so I have paid the same. But I received the mail that the COMPLETE PROTECTION PLAN has been successfully enabled that I receive the mail with the plan start and end date but in that, there is no PLAN ID no.
Here is the issue my TV got some problem, so for that I had called Jeeves team several times but they said that there is no PLAN ID. without the plan ID they can't take my issue and they can't help with it they said me that send the email to [protected]@jeeves.co.in, for my plan id. I had sent 15mails but there's is no proper responses. So, I kindly writing this to you is I'm fed up with JEEVES SERVICES. I decided to consult the Consumer court.
