My iffalfon49f2a tv stopped working and claim registered. After 3 weeks tech visit happened and he place order of defective part. Its more than 3 weeks part is not available and total 1 and half month passed after claim registered.
Customer service dont have information when part is available
Claim team said same thing.
Support team reply that not able to repair will give you refund then again some other guy said part is pending.
