[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Claiming extended warranty | |
I have raised complain to claim extended warranty on jeeves for iffalcon 55 inch tv because in screen it shows some black lines. Technician came and confirmed product defect and he approved that panel is defective. Then I got a call from Jeeves that they are unable to repair hence they will provide refund 26, 004/-. I also have written confirmation from Jeeves now they are denying to pay 26004/-.

May 25, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved It took 1 year but finally I received the refund.
I received a 21524 refund and then a final balance of 4480.
So the total refund received is 26004.
